Application Requirements

To apply for admission to GCCA, please prepare the following documents and information:

  • Form 3 or 5 Certificate
  • P600.00 Cash For Registration & Application Fee

Application Deadlines

  • February Intake: Applications due by December 15
  • June Intake: Applications due by May 15
  • September Intake: Applications due by August 15
  • International Students: Apply at least 8 weeks before deadlines

Early applications are encouraged as spaces fill quickly.

Important: All documents must be submitted in English or accompanied by certified translations. Applications can be submitted online through our portal or in person at our admissions office in Gaborone. Incomplete applications will not be processed. GCCA Merit Scholarships

Each year, GCCA awards merit-based scholarships to outstanding applicants. These scholarships cover up to 50% of tuition fees for the duration of the program.

  • Requires maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.5

Government Sponsorships

GCCA is recognized by the Botswana government for sponsorship through the Department of Tertiary Education Financing (DTEF).

Is accommodation available for students?

While GCCA doesn't have on-campus accommodation, we maintain partnerships with approved housing providers near the campus. Our student services office can assist you in finding suitable accommodation options.
